1. Eligibility & Scope

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Transcriptor Pro provides automated transcription, translation, and AI-driven content analysis. Our platform is built for legitimate business and personal use and adheres to Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policies.

2. Infrastructure & Data Handling

Our Service leverages industry-leading infrastructure providers:

• Clerk: Identity and access management.
• Convex: Secure database and real-time backend.
• Gemma (Google) / DeepSeek: AI content analysis and summarization.
• Paddle: Secure billing and global tax compliance.

By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data by these sub-processors as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to:

• Process illegal, hateful, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Violate recording laws or fail to obtain consent from parties in a recording.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to breach platform security.

All payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase as per Paddle’s Buyer Terms if the service has not been substantially used or in cases of technical failure. Contact yaseen@transcriptor.pro for refund inquiries.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Pakistan, subject to applicable international regulations.
